Tradie Run Sheet Builder / Tickets / Plumbing licence
Plumbing licence
A job with the plumbing trade needs a licensed plumber on it. Outside New South Wales the sheet names the licence and does not cite a law. A role reading "licensed plumber" counts as holding the licence, and the sheet says so where it matters.
How to write it in the crew list
In the tickets column, separated by semicolons: plumbing licence 2027-09-01. A date as year-month-day or day/month/year.
What the sheet prints
- Missing on a job that needs it: a red flag on that job and that person naming the ticket, with NSW Home Building Act s 16 (NSW). The person stays on the job.
- Expiring within 30 days of the sheet date (30 counts, 31 does not): a note on the person's line.
- Expired before the sheet date: a red flag on the person's line, and it no longer counts on any job.
