What you paste is read in your browser and is not sent to us unless you save a sheet or a ticket register on Crew. The sheet needs job names, suburbs, tasks, crew names, roles and ticket dates. It needs no phone numbers, addresses of people, licence numbers or dates of birth, so do not paste them. Before a save, any email address and any cell of more than 300 characters is removed.

No location tracking of any kind. The travel order uses the suburb you type and a published list of suburb centres (GeoNames, CC BY 4.0). The page never asks for your location, reads no GPS and tracks no vehicle or phone.

Where it is kept and who can see it. Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and your account are stored in a Supabase database in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and reached only over encrypted connections. Payments are processed by Stripe, and sign-in links and receipts are sent through SendGrid; those four are the only services that handle your data for us. Saved work is kept until you delete it or close your account. Our support staff open a saved record only to answer a request from you.

A saved sheet. It holds the jobs text you pasted, the crew text, the ticks, the date, the state and the sheet's reading (who went where, the red flags). A ticket register holds the crew text and each person's ticket names and expiry dates. Both are opened by the signed-in account that saved them and its teammates; you can delete a sheet from its page under Saved sheets, or your whole account from the account page.

Sign-in security and the audit log. Two-step sign-in is optional unless the account owner requires it for everyone; the authenticator key is stored encrypted and recovery codes only as one-way hashes. The account keeps an audit log of sign-ins, two-step changes, opening, saving, deleting and exporting saved sheets, and teammate changes: who, when, the kind of action and which record, with a one-way hash of the network address and the browser family, never what you pasted. Entries are deleted after two years. Deleting an account cancels an active subscription; Stripe keeps its own record of past payments.
