Fergus export to a daily run sheet
The run sheet builder works with the CSV export from Fergus: paste the export, choose Fergus under "My jobs come from", add the crew and print tomorrow's run sheet.
Where the export is
From the Fergus help page (Overview of Commonly Used Reports): Reports, WIP Report, the menu beside Run, download CSV.
The help page says the WIP Report downloads as CSV with columns you can show or hide, but does not list them.
How the columns map
The Fergus help page does not list the export's columns, so they are mapped by header name, check your export: a column headed like client, customer, suburb, address, description, staff or start is read as that column. Check your export: rename a header, or paste only the columns you need, if a column is not picked up.
What the builder adds
Who is on which job in travel order, what to load, the before-you-start lines for the tags you tick on each job, red flags for missing tickets and a sign-on strip. Jobs dated for another day are left out, and a start time inside a date and time is read. Tags are never read from the job description.
